Purpose and status 文件目的与状态
This Notice covers personal data processed during enterprise onboarding, KYB, qualification review, portal use, settlement and merchant support. It is separate from the consumer Privacy Policy and does not replace the Merchant's own notice to its personnel.
本说明适用于企业入驻、企业身份验证、资质审核、门户使用、结算及商家支持过程中处理的个人信息。本说明独立于消费者隐私政策，也不替代商家向其人员提供的隐私告知。
1 Controller and scope 处理主体与范围
The personal information handler is 北京铆钉时代文化科技有限公司, unified social credit code 91110108MACCL9WK6L, of 北京市海淀区上地三街9号A座8层A910-83, trading under the EasyGo China brand. It determines the purposes and means of Merchant onboarding, KYB, qualification, Merchant Portal, Activity payment and direct split settlement processing. 个人信息处理者为 北京铆钉时代文化科技有限公司，统一社会信用代码 91110108MACCL9WK6L，地址 北京市海淀区上地三街9号A座8层A910-83，使用 EasyGo China 品牌。该主体决定商家入驻、企业身份验证、资质审核、商家门户、活动付款及直接分账相关处理的目的和方式。隐私事项请联系 service@easy-gochina.com。
This Notice applies to directors, legal representatives, beneficial owners, controllers, authorised signatories, account administrators, finance contacts, guides, drivers, instructors and other Merchant personnel whose personal data is provided to EasyGo.
本说明适用于其个人信息被提供给 EasyGo 的董事、法定代表人、受益所有人、实际控制人、授权签署人、账户管理员、财务联系人、导游、司机、教练及其他商家人员。

3 Sources 信息来源
We receive data from the individual, the Merchant, authorised administrators, government or professional registers, banks and payment providers, identity and KYB vendors, insurers, business partners, Customers, public sources and authorities. The Merchant must ensure it is authorised to provide personnel data and has given them this Notice.
我们从个人、商家、授权管理员、政府或专业登记系统、银行及支付服务商、身份及企业认证服务商、保险人、商业合作方、消费者、公开来源及主管机关获取信息。商家须确保其有权提供人员信息，并已向相关人员提供本说明。
4 Legal bases 处理依据
Depending on applicable law, we process data where necessary to enter into or perform the Merchant agreement or human resources management rules, comply with legal duties, respond to public health or safety needs, protect life or property in an emergency, handle lawfully disclosed information within a reasonable scope, or on consent where consent is required. Sensitive personal information, including identity documents, financial accounts, precise location or certain ownership information, is processed only for a specific and necessary purpose with strict safeguards and separate consent where required.
根据适用法律，我们在订立或履行商家协议、依法实施人力资源管理、履行法定义务、应对公共卫生或安全需要、紧急情况下保护生命财产、在合理范围内处理依法公开信息，或依法取得同意时处理个人信息。身份证件、金融账户、精确位置或特定所有权信息等敏感个人信息，仅在具有特定且充分必要目的、采取严格保护措施并在需要时取得单独同意后处理。
5 Recipients 接收方
We may share relevant data with EasyGo China Limited, the Hong Kong EasyGo China App operator, for authorised technology, distribution, order and support functions; Merchant administrators; Customers where Supplier identity or a responsible contact must be shown; the Designated Activity Payment Provider, banks and clearing institutions for onboarding, payment, direct split settlement, refunds and chargebacks; KYB, identity, sanctions, AML, fraud, hosting, communications and support vendors; insurers, auditors, lawyers and other advisers; transaction counterparties under confidentiality; and authorities where lawfully required. The actual payment provider is identified in the Merchant Portal or related notice.
我们可向以下主体提供相关信息：为经授权的技术、分销、订单及客服功能提供支持的香港 EasyGo China App 运营方 EasyGo China Limited；商家管理员；依法或为履约需要展示供应商身份或负责人联系信息时的消费者；为入网、付款、直接分账、退款及拒付提供服务的指定活动支付服务商、银行及清算机构；企业认证、身份、制裁、反洗钱、反欺诈、托管、通信及客服服务商；保险人、审计师、律师及其他顾问；承担保密义务的交易相对方；以及依法有权要求的主管机关。实际支付服务商将在商家门户或相关告知中展示。
6 Cross boundary processing 跨境处理
Merchant data is primarily processed in Mainland China. Data necessary for the consumer App, distribution, order support, security or group administration may be provided to EasyGo China Limited in Hong Kong, and service providers may operate elsewhere. Before a cross border provision, we give any required notice of the overseas recipient, purpose, method, data type and rights channel; obtain separate consent where required; and complete the applicable standard contract, certification, security assessment, filing or other lawful mechanism.
商家信息主要在中国内地处理。消费者 App、分销、订单支持、安全或集团管理所必需的数据可能提供给位于香港的 EasyGo China Limited，其他服务商也可能在其他地点运营。向境外提供前，我们将依法告知境外接收方、处理目的、方式、信息种类及权利行使渠道，在需要时取得单独同意，并完成适用的标准合同、认证、安全评估、备案或其他合法机制。
7 Retention 保存期限
We retain onboarding, agreement, payment provider onboarding, split settlement, refund, chargeback, tax, licence, audit and compliance records for the relationship and normally seven years after it ends, or longer where law, an investigation or a claim requires. Unsuccessful application data is normally retained for up to three years for fraud, duplicate application and legal records, unless a shorter period is appropriate. Security logs are normally retained for 12 months.
我们在合作期间保存入驻、协议、支付服务商入网、分账结算、退款、拒付、税务、许可、审计及合规记录，并通常在合作终止后保存七年；法律、调查或索赔需要更长时间的除外。未通过申请的数据通常最长保存三年，用于反欺诈、重复申请及法律记录；适合更短期限的除外。安全日志通常保存 12 个月。
8 Security 安全
We use role based access, multi factor authentication where appropriate, transmission encryption, logging, vendor controls and incident response. Merchant administrators control access for their personnel and must promptly remove leavers and report suspected compromise.
我们采用基于角色的访问控制、适用时的多因素认证、传输加密、日志、供应商管理及事件响应。商家管理员负责管理其人员访问权限，须及时移除离职人员并报告疑似账户泄露。
9 Rights 个人权利
Depending on applicable law, an individual may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator. Requests may be sent to service@easy-gochina.com. We may verify identity and preserve records required by law or needed for legal claims.
根据适用法律，个人可请求访问、更正、删除、限制或可携带数据，反对处理、撤回同意，并向监管机关投诉。请求可发送至 service@easy-gochina.com。我们可核实身份，并保留法律要求或法律请求所需的记录。
10 Automated checks 自动化核验
We and the Designated Activity Payment Provider may use automated signals to identify document mismatch, duplicate accounts, fraud, sanctions, money laundering, unusual payment or split settlement activity. Material adverse decisions receive human review where required by law or platform policy.
我们及指定活动支付服务商可使用自动化信号识别文件不一致、重复账户、欺诈、制裁、洗钱或异常付款及分账活动。法律或平台政策要求时，重大不利决定将由人工复核。
11 Merchant responsibilities 商家责任
The Merchant must collect and submit only necessary, accurate and current personnel data, protect portal credentials, restrict internal access, provide this Notice, obtain any required consent and respond to correction or deletion instructions where legally appropriate.
商家须仅收集并提交必要、准确且最新的人员信息，保护门户凭证，限制内部访问，提供本说明，取得所需同意，并在法律适当时配合更正或删除指令。
12 Changes and contact 变更与联系
We may update this Notice for legal, operational or technical changes and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
我们可因法律、运营或技术变化更新本说明，并对重大变更给予合理通知。
